Herbal Products Policy

Due to the nature of our herbal smokes and supplements we will not except returns for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s) within the first 10 days of receiving your order, please return the unused portion for an exchange with another herbal product only of the same or lesser value. We reserve the right to accept or deny any exchange based on product misuse, neglect, or other “Acts of God” beyond our control. If your product(s) arrive(s) damaged please contact our customer support department. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notice.

Smoking Devices and Vaporizer Policy

Due to the nature of smoking devices and vaporizers we will only accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This includes all vaporizers, hookah, tobacco pipes, etc. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims.

Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.

UPS Order Tracking for USA Orders.

UPS Zone MapThe tracking tool provides you with real-time status of your shipped package. All you need is the delivery carrier tracking number e-mailed to you at the time of shipping. If you do not have a tracking number you are either outside of the USA or your e-mail program or provider has filtered this message.

If you are in the USA and have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of your payment please check your SPAM folders to make sure that the UPS email was not filtered by your email provider.

Track a Package (USA ORDERS ONLY)

Type the carrier tracking number in the “Enter Tracking Number” box, then select “Submit”.

The status of your package will be displayed on the UPS website. You will see where your package is and if it has been delivered, you will see who signed for it as well as the time of delivery.
